Frequently Asked Questions for Gift Certificates

1. Choose your Gift Certificate Option

There are two options available to receive your Gift Certificate. The most direct and efficient is by email. Once your order goes through an email is set directly to you containing the Gift Certificate and GIFT ID number. Option two is for us to send you a gift card by mail. However, there is a $5.95 express post charge for items sent by this method.

2. Enter Gift Value and click the ‘Buy Now’ button.

Add the total amount of credit you’d like the value of your Gift Certificate to be, then Click Now to make your purchase.

3. Purchasing through PayPal

PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay. If you already have a PayPal account, you can speed through the checkout with no need to enter your card number or address again. If you don’t have a PayPal account, no problem! Select the Credit Card option available and proceed through to the next page to purchase or create an account for the future.

4. Review & Confirm Your Order

Here you can look over your order details and edit any information if needed. Once the Confirm Order button is pressed your order will be processed and you will receive an order confirmation email.

Redeeming Gift Certificates

If you receive a Gift Certificate by email it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Certificate. The email will also contain the Gift Certificate Identification Code (Gift ID). It is probably a good idea to print out this email for future reference. You can now redeem the Gift Certificate in two ways.

1. Call Ballard’s Offroad on (02) 4731 1210, let them know the item you wish to purchase and quote the number Gift ID so we can check it’s validity.

2. Walk in with Gift Certificate and present over the counter when you wish to purchase your item.
